I hold a master's degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire and am a licensed clinical social worker in Maine. I have 10 years experience working with  pre-teens, adolsecents, young adults, and families. I provide pychotherapy services to teenagers and older experiencing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges as well as adolescents with disabilities. I find that in my practice I am direct, friendly, and strive to create an enviroment of comfort and positivity. My approach for each client is person-centered and holistic.
